Shelter Support
Ruth’s provides crisis accommodation to women and children who are unsafe to reside at home or in the community due to domestic or family violence. The service is funded for six rooms within a communal living setting where facilities including bathrooms, kitchens and play areas are shared. All clients are provided case management support.
Family & Domestic Violence Support
At Ruth’s, our mission is to provide a safe, supportive space for women and children experiencing domestic and family violence. We’re grounded in values of respect, safety, empowerment, integrity and collaboration. We treat every individual with dignity and empathy, foster an inclusive environment free from abuse, and work alongside clients and partners to build pathways toward self-determination and lasting change.
Our People
Ruth’s is governed by a long standing and supportive Management Committee. Ruth’s is operated by a Manager, Team Leader, Finance Officer, Case Managers, After Hours Support Workers and an Admin Service Support Worker.
