Culture and Inclusion
Ruth’s acknowledges the Gimuy-Walubarra Yidi People as the traditional custodians of the land on which our services are delivered. We acknowledge the special cultural and spiritual connection that the traditional custodians have with the lands, seas and waters. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging.
At Ruth’s we welcome women and children from all cultures. As an organisation we stand against any oppression or discrimination and promote only equality, fairness and justice.
We work on the premise that family and domestic violence does not discriminate and impacts all women and children regardless of age, culture, religion or backgrounds.
